Looking for an exciting apprenticeship in a software impact company? We, Deepki, are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager Apprentice in Paris. You will support implementation projects of our data-driven ESG software platform!
The apprentice will manage and assist our customers in the deployment of our SaaS solution, which will help them to drive energy savings and energy efficiency, with the goal to reduce their CO2 & Greenhouse gas emissions.
In a context of strong growth, we are looking for a "Customer Success Manager" apprentice to reinforce our project team. You will be responsible for supporting our B2B customers, some of whom are very well known (Groupama, SNCF, Mairie de Paris, etc.), in the use of our solution in order to ensure the best possible user experience.
MISSIONS:
Implementation and deployment of the new internal CSM tool: participate in the scalability of Deepki by working closely with the person responsible for the deployment of the brand new in-house Customer Success tool for monitoring the customer relations of the entire Deepki portfolio (parameterisation of the automation of onboarding processes, training sessions for new arrivals in the CSM team, etc.),
Data Quality Checks: guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of customer data so that Deepki platforms have an impact within customer companies by carrying out Data Quality Checks (DQC), and potentially presenting data to customers,
Optimise the adoption of the Deepki platform by customers by participating in the improvement of our processes: documentation for customers throughout their lifecycle with Deepki, platform upgrades, translation, etc.
Mostly focused on configuration and analysis, this apprenticeship could, in time, potentially be reoriented towards project management and customer meetings.
PROFILE:
- Fluent English is mandatory. Professional level proficiency in French is required;
- Project management;
- Quality and methodology;
- Communication and teaching skills;
- Sense of customer contact;
- Interest in sustainable development;
- Interest/experience in computer development or data analysis.
- Ready for a 1-year adventure starting up by September!
