We are looking for a FP&A Specialist in Paris to support our Finance Department.

Missions : 

Working alongside the Head of FP&A your missions include :

• Prepare Monthly Financial Reports shared with Deepki Executive Committee members and Investors

• Perform deep financial analysis on Revenue, Payroll and Cash variations

• Conduct monthly financial review with all subsidiaries

• Implement and run the monthly cut-off process with all departments

• Build crossed analysis based on sales data (Salesforce) and financial data (NetSuite)

• Participate in financial forecasts, especially Landing and Budget

• Help to collect, consolidate and challenge key assumptions for Budget (Topline, Hiring Plan, OPEX…)

• Implement new process and new tools to improve the reliability and efficiency of FP&A operations (automated data controlling and modeling)

• Perform analysis on various key topics related to financial and business performance

• Work as a Business Partner by providing needed financial insight and sharing good practices with all departments

Your profile :

Soft skills:

• Strong sense of accuracy, rigor and methodology

• Analytical mind, pedagogical approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

• Excellent written and oral communication with all level stakeholders

Hard skills:

• Previous experience in Financial Advisory (Transaction Services, M&A), Audit, or FP&A / Financial Controlling

• Fluency in English and French

• Excel or Google sheet expert, high BI tools appetence
