Amid Deepki's expansion, the Senior Key Account Manager is entrusted with renewing and expanding the customer portfolio through the execution of tailored strategies.
The core deliverables and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Leading a team in providing exceptional customer service for the public sector and essential clients of Deepki
Developing and implementing key account strategies, ensuring effective interactions with Deepki accounts
Identifying and pursuing business opportunities, managing tenders, and creating commercial proposals
Coordinating internal expertise to generate tailored offers and solutions for strategic customers
Building lasting customer relationships to enhance Deepki's reputation as a committed and trusted partner
Overseeing the implementation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of sales targets
- 5+ years’ experience in complex B2B SaaS sales
- At least 3 years of experience managing a public sector client portfolio
- Excellent leadership skills and management techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent proficiency in French and fluency in English
Nice to have:
- Postgraduate training in MBA
