Key Account Manager - Embodied Carbon SaaS
Nooco is a French SaaS software company specialising in measuring the carbon footprint of construction projects (new build, refurbishment and renovation projects for the building and industry sectors).
Nooco, a human-sized subsidiary of Deepki with around twenty employees, is 4 years old and evolving in the following context:
Finalising the go-to-market strategy and strengthening the sales team
Definition of the international launch strategy, within the context of the Deepki Group
Strong growth in France with all companies in the construction sector
To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
Take charge of the strategy for key accounts assigned, following on from the Account Executives and in the context of a ‘Land & Expand’ strategy.
Organising and targeting the best opportunities, creating offers and drafting sales proposals in response to customer needs
Mobilising and coordinating all in-house expertise to collectively create high-impact offers and solutions to be presented to the customer
Anticipate and manage events in the life of your key accounts: calls for tender, mobility of contacts, contract renewals, negotiations, customer satisfaction, etc.
Establish deep and lasting customer relationships to reinforce Deepki and Nooco's reputation as a committed and trusted player
Set up SaaS commercial offers (installation, subscription, upsales)
Negotiate and conclude offers with customers
Your profile
At least 5 years' experience in the complex sale of B2B SaaS solutions
Agility, creativity and the ability to start from scratch in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent command of French and English
Interest in the environmental transition
Plus:
Experience or training to demonstrate a good understanding of the building/construction world
