Reporting to: (Lead) Sales Enablement Manager
Location: Paris
The Sales Enablement Manager will contribute to the implementation of Deepki's sales enablement program. As a key player in ensuring the efficiency and growth of the sales organization, you will collaborate across teams to support processes, knowledge sharing, and training initiatives.
The strategy focuses on three main pillars:
1. Processes and Methods
Conduct detailed analyses (e.g. Modjo, Salesforce) to identify training needs and improvement opportunities.
Facilitate alignment across various teams, including ADRs, AEs, Sales Engineers (SE), Key Account Managers (KAM), delivery, consulting, and marketing.
2. Knowledge Management
Assist in mapping the knowledge requirements of sales teams on diverse topics such as sales methodologies and market knowledge.
Enrich and develop our learning program, including assessments and certifications.
Help structure and maintain the organization’s knowledge base to ensure it is accessible and up-to-date.
3. Training and Development
Design and deliver training sessions for commercial teams across all regions (e.g. induction programs, continuous improvement, LMS, etc.)
Collaborate on training content and formats to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Take ownership of certain training sessions, focusing on topics such as sales methodologies, tools, and product knowledge.
Participate in enablement trips to deliver on-site training sessions.
Your Role in Deepki's Growth
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play an active role in supporting the sales enablement performance and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
Solid understanding of complex enterprise sales processes, including sales cycles, CRM tools, and value-based selling.
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and in English ; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
High proficiency in English (written and spoken) to engage effectively with international teams.
Other language like German is a plus
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales processes and content and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Experience with tools like Modjo or other training and analytics platforms.
Soft Skills
High energy, proactivity, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Ability to talk to various stakeholders with different levels of seniority
Collaborative mindset to work across teams and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position includes regular travel (once a month for a minimum of 3 days) in Europe (London, Berlin and others).
