Community Manager English-Speaker (Apprenticeship/Alternance)
Deepki, the most trusted sustainability SaaS solution for real estate, is seeking a dynamic and creative Community Manager Apprentice to join the Brand Communications team at our headquarters in Paris.
As a Community Manager apprentice, you’ll work closely with the Head of PR and Corporate Marketing to manage and grow Deepki’s social media presence—particularly on LinkedIn. Our social media channels are a key touchpoint for prospective clients, offering a first impression of the company and its values. This role requires sharp writing skills and the ability to consistently communicate Deepki’s voice, supporting lead generation through the promotion of content, webinars and events.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about writing and digital marketing - a natural communicator who understands the power of clear, concise messaging. You’ll also need a curious and analytical mindset to optimize our social media strategy based on performance insights.
Start Date: September 2025
Missions:
Implement, drive and optimize Deepki’s social media strategy to boost visibility, engagement, and brand consistency, primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube.
Grow and engage our audiences through targeted messaging, content planning, and real-time monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams to amplify media activity, corporate updates, and key messages across social channels.
Draft, schedule, and publish a variety of content—including articles, awards, press mentions, job postings, and event promotions.
Maintain and regularly update the social media content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content pipeline.
Increase Deepki’s brand awareness by researching and sharing industry news
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategy and improve engagement.
Present weekly performance updates.
Monitor industry trends to identify timely and relevant content opportunities.
Coordinate social media activity around key corporate announcements with local Marketing Managers across international offices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our social media playbook by updating it regularly to align with evolving communication strategies.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, proficiency in French is appreciated
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication or Business
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, as well as community engagement strategies. Familiarity with YouTube is a bonus.
Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with content creation tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
Interest in sustainability and tech highly appreciated
