This role is instrumental in ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our platform.Service Reliability

Your role :

Our organization :

Deepki's technical team is made up of 7 dev teams, 5 Product Managers, 1 VP Engineering, 4 UI/UX designers and an R&D team.
We are building a SRE team to help us scale our Operation needs and continuous improvement.

Missions

• Build and maintain our platform and deployment processes.

• Participate in the sprint planning and review.

• Build and improve our monitoring/alerting system.

• Optimize operational costs (FinOps)

• Write and maintain documentation.

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to collectively converge towards the best product on our market.

As service reliability engineer, you will help our development teams deliver quality software, scale our platform according to Deepki needs, measure and monitor our performance, optimize costs, and anticipate the business and developers needs.

Member of the SRE team, you will work with our lead SRE to contribute to the platform design and maintain every component of our cloud infrastructure. You will ensure a high level of security, performance, reliability and cost optimization.

Must-have skills

• Knowledge and experience with IaC tools (ideally terraform)

• Knowledge in networking (DNS, subnets, routing, peering, firewall rules)

• Knowledge and experience with a public cloud provider (ideally AWS)

• Working with docker Containers

• Knowledge in devops principles and CI/CD

• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Redis and InfluxDB

• Experience in supervision (prometheus, grafana, APM)

• Experience with ansible and packer

• Knowledge of programming languages (python, bash)
