Are you looking for an exciting internship in a purpose-driven company?
We are looking for a Revenue Sales Operations Intern to join our team in Paris. Collaborating closely with the Key Account Management team (responsible for managing sales relationships with strategic clients), you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations, improving efficiency, and leveraging customer data to drive strategic decisions.
MISSIONS
- Support the Sales team in their daily activities, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring of sales processes.
- Maintain and update client data in our CRM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the database.
- Analyze client data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Create impactful reports and presentations for internal Sales meetings.
- Suggest and implement improvements for tools and processes.
- Document and help establish a shared knowledge base to support Sales Team
PROFILE
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Previous experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in SaaS or within a fast-growing organization.
