We are seeking an exceptionally driven Associate Manager CSM to join the our London Office and take on a pivotal role in deploying our Sustainability platform for our UK & Global clients. You will be responsible for supporting our B2B customers in the use of our solution in order to ensure the best possible user experience.
MISSIONS
Joining our scale-up growth, this role would take charge of, manage and support our customers in the deployment of SaaS software.
Ensure the retention and satisfaction of the customers in your portfolio :
- Incredible client management skills that support customers in the operation and adoption of the application throughout the duration of the contract to ensure long-term customer loyalty
- Project management during the initial implementation phase of the customer platform and participate in the technical implementation of the platform, translate client needs into technical functionalities actively assessing various evolutions and enhancements.
- Configuration of the Deepki business application according to the customer's needs
- Conduct comprehensive data collection, identifying both existing and new data sources, and advocate for their seamless integration into our platform.
- Analysis of customer data and drafting of deliverables (reporting, analyses, steering committee, energy balances, etc.)
Supporting internal operational excellence projects for the team :
- Improving internal processes and the level of services provided by the team
- Capitalise on user and customer feedback by participating in the roadmap of product developments, user manuals and training materials used by the whole team
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Coordinate collaborative efforts between different Deepki teams, including Customer Solution Engineering (CSE), Consultants, and Product teams.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client deployment.
- Lead junior team members in their career journey in the company
Profile
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCES :
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate an IT deployment with multiple stakeholders and multiple streams
- Must-have outstanding proactiveness and autonomy as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach to operational aspects, implementation, execution, testing and roll-out
- Ability to engage all types of stakeholders, from "boots on the ground" end-users to C-suite
- Pioneering mindset and eagerness to participate in the construction of a team and the foundation of our US activities
- Passion for the environmental transition
